Terms & Conditions

• This draw is only open to residents of Singapore aged 18 and above as of 1 January 2018.
• Only applicable for Baker & Cook breads bought from Cold Storage bread shelves and retail bakeries between 12 Nov – 31 Dec 2018.
• Receipts must clearly show the date of purchase and name of product purchased.
• All submissions must be submitted via the web form by 31 Dec 2018, 2359hrs.
• Receipts must be retained as proof of purchase and winners must present upon redemption of prize.
• The 20 winners will be randomly chosen and notified by 11 Jan 2019, 1900hrs via email.
• Winners must reply within 10 working days to the email notification message, or the prize will be allocated to another participant.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
• Vouchers are valid only for one use and any unutilized or remaining value of the coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• The Basic Bread Baking class vouchers for Brettschneider’s Baking and Cooking School are valid until July 31 2019.
• Winners are allowed to authorise a person to collect the prize on their behalf. To do so, winners must send in the contact details of the authorised person and this person must present an authorisation letter from the winner when collecting the prize.
• Winners may be asked to take a photo during the prize redemption. Baker & Cook reserves the right to use and publish the names and photos of winners in any of their advertising and publicity materials; not limited to print, internet and television media in Singapore and beyond.
• Employees and board members of Baker & Cook, Commonwealth Retail Concepts Pte Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this draw. Prize winners may be asked to sign a declaration indicating they are not employees, board members, or their immediate family members.
• All Baker & Cook & Commonwealth Retail Concepts Pte Ltd decisions on all matters relating to the draw are final, conclusive and binding on all persons. No correspondence will be entertained.
• Baker & Cook & Commonwealth Retail Concepts Pte Ltd reserves the right to change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and all participants agree to abide by the most recent version of the terms and conditions.
