As a regular customer at Baker & Cook, Hsi had always wanted to attend a class at The Baking & Cooking School, and she enjoyed the chance to take part in a Basic Bread Baking class with global baker Dean Brettschneider.
HOW DID YOU GET TO HEAR OF BAKER & COOK, AND WHEN DID YOU START BECOMING A REGULAR?
I heard of Baker & Cook through a friend about a year ago and have been a regular customer at the Opera Estate outlet since then.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BAKER & COOK?
I love the bread and pastries. Recently, I also tried the Soy & Linseed Sourdough Loaf from Baker & Cook’s new sliced bread range. I’m a fan!
WHAT DID YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE BASIC BREAD BAKING CLASS?
As a beginner, I really appreciated the structure of the class. The instructors are professional, and they make it very easy to understand and follow the steps to making a delicious loaf of bread.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MEMORY AT BAKER & COOK?
Winning a spot in the basic bread making course! I wasn’t expecting to win, actually, but I’m really happy I did. I enjoyed the class very much, and I now have plans to sign up for the two-day sourdough class as well.
