Christmas Wreath

DIY

Step 1 In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to mix 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon of boiling water and the icing sugar.
Mix the contents on high speed till the icing holds stiff peaks.

Step 2 Separate the icing into 5 different bowls and combine each colour pod into the icing. For each colour pod (blue, green, red and yellow) you can add as little or as much liquid to achieve the preferred colour tone. 5th colour refers to the white from the original icing.

Step 3 Once the colours are fully mixed, fill them into 5 different piping bags.

Step 4 Tie the red ribbon on the round base if the gingerbread wreath.

Step 5 Pipe the coloured icings onto the Christmas trees, reindeers, snowflakes and stars.

Step 6 Go wild and assemble the Christmas wreath the way you would like. If you prefer to follow ours, here is a sample!

Step 7 Finish off by gently tapping the glitter out of the bottle. Ta-da, it’s done!
