B&C RAW ENERGY SALAD
For a guilt-free treat that’s rich in flavour, look no further than the iconic B&C Raw Energy Salad - a signature dish that is a favourite among regulars. A superfood on its own, the salad is packed with raw beetroot, carrots and fresh herbs, dressed in a simple and light sauce of balsamic vinegar, orange juice, extra virgin olive oil and honey, and topped with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
CHILLI CON CARNE PIE

THAI GREEN CHICKEN CURRY PIE
This Thai-inspired signature pie needs no introduction, and continues to satiate palates ever since Baker & Cook’s inception. Originally handcrafted by the wife of B&C’s founding partner, Sila Boye, the pie is a delicate balance of spiciness and richness, as green curry paste and red birds eye chillies come together with coconut milk, while some kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil give the filling an authentic Thai flavour. Complement the rich flavours with a simple green salad.
SPICE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SALAD WITH CHICKPEAS & ROCKET
Gracing B&C diners with its occasional presence is the spiced roasted cauliflower special that is quite a treat. Made with Indian spices of curry powder, turmeric, garam masala and mustard seeds, the plain roasted cauliflower is transformed into a tasty and healthy dish, while a toss of some fresh sweet cherry tomatoes, chickpeas and rocket salad, brings all the flavours together.
