A walk down memory lane for our Baking & Cooking School

It all started with casual classes that Global Baker Dean Brettschneider used to hold in the production bakery at Hillcrest before Baker & Cook was running 24/7. His classes proved so popular — despite the small and very informal space! — that it was the inspiration and impetus for Brettschneider to open his first Baking & Cooking School right next door. Since then, it’s been two and a half years of teaching baking enthusiasts how to make bread, as well as working with chefs and cooks to impart cooking skills to all who are eager to learn.
