The now familiar hoarding going up at Sunset Way to the excitement of the neighbourhood. Some say where Baker & Cook goes, it increases the overall rental of the associated stores. Some say it puts people out of business. I say nothing.

I sometimes wonder what goes through the minds of the designers and contractors! Their margins must be substantial as they have to redo so many things at their own cost when they don't get thing right the first time.
