All pizzas at Plank Sourdough might have the same light and crunchy crust, but different toppings give each pizza a distinct character. Off the regular menu, the team also comes up with a creative new special each month: Past examples include Sausage Fest, a meaty combination of veal, pork and chorizo sausages, as well as the Mexican — an interesting pairing of spiced pork mince, mozzarella balls, salsa, guacamole and a generous sprinkle of whole nacho chips.
